We now support use of our Playthings Gift Cards for in-store or online purchases! 

How to Purchase a Gift Card

You can purchase Playthings Gift Card online (click here), by phone, or in our store. For online purchases, if everything in your order is to be shipped to the lucky recipient, you can use their name/address in the ship-to field. Or you can call us to arrange shipping. There is a $1 shipping fee per card.

In store & phone Gift Card purchases are available for any amount. Online Gift Card orders default to $20, but you can choose anywhere from $5 to $150.

Your Card Balance

Take care not to lose your Gift Card, as it cannot be replaced. If you spend a portion of your Gift Card, the remaining card balance will be available to you for future purchases. To check your current Gift Card balance, please have the card available, and call our store at (502) 895-6152. We will need both your name and card number to verify card balance over the phone.

How to Redeem a Gift Card

Bring your Gift Card with you to redeem when shopping in-store.

For online purchases, select the Gift Card payment option during checkout.*

* IMPORTANT ONLINE ORDERING DETAILS:

• Our online checkout does not check your Gift Card balance at the time of checkout. It operates as if you have unlimited funds on your gift card. Once your order is received, we will check your Gift Card balance and contact you if there are many questions or discrepancies with the order.
• Split Orders are not possible online. If you wish to order using a Gift Card AND a second payment method such as a Credit Card, please CALL our store for assistance.
• Do you have a Gift Card for Store Credit? Call us and we can lookup your card balance.
• We will email you with any remaining card balance after your order has been processed.

Terms & Limitations

Playthings Gift Cards are not taxed. Playthings Gift Cards with an unused balance of less than $10 will expire after 10 years of no activity. Playthings Gift Cards may not be eligible for special product purchases. Playthings Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Playthings Gift Cards may not be transferrable in the event of change of business ownership - In the event of ownership change, customers will be given 6 months to redeem any open GIft Card accounts.
